Calling hours, opt-outs and staying on the right side of the line

Automated calling only works if people trust it. Legal hours and a real do-not-contact list are the floor, not the ceiling.

An agent that can call hundreds of leads a day can also annoy hundreds of people a day. The safeguards matter as much as the conversation.

Call when people expect calls

Atomicia only dials inside legal hours: 8am–9pm in the US across every contiguous timezone, and 9am–9pm IST in India. Leads outside that window wait until it opens.

One “no” is final

When someone opts out, they go on the workspace’s do-not-contact list and are never called again — even if the same number shows up in a future import.

Note

This isn’t legal advice. Rules differ by country and industry, so check what applies to you before you start calling.
